“We want memories and experiences to be the main currency in peoples lives. Scents help take us back to places, we wanted to be apart of that.”

When I first met Jon and Steve Soderholm, I felt an instant connection. We bonded over music as we are all musicians, who have now shifted our creative energy into other ventures. We all have a heart for meaningful experiences and making a meaningful brand. They were exactly the kind of people I wanted to partner with. When the opportunity popped up my wife Jenn and I packed up the car and headed up to Nashville! The road trip was awesome, the food was incredible, but equally amazing was getting to meet these two brothers doing something creative and meaningful. They are changing the landscape of Nashville.

This project was a little different in that it’s not a promotional piece for them to sell more of their product. It is a story video of how they partner with a local non-profit to provide jobs for people right here in their city. I am always in awe of people doing this kind of work. It would be easier and cheaper to go a different route, but it isn’t as meaningful or transformative and after taking to the Soderholm brothers it isn’t their heartbeat. I think they got into music for the same reasons I did. It made them feel alive and creative, and that comes across with their candles and scents. That same sense of wonder and adventure is bursting to life with their products.

It isn’t just a brand, it’s an experience.
